Payments are non-refundable unless specified in a written agreement or if the service is canceled by twenty4more.

Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

If twenty4more cancels a session, clients will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund for that session.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

You agree not to share, copy, or distribute proprietary materials or content provided during the coaching program without written consent from twenty4more.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to actively participate in coaching sessions and complete any tasks or assignments given to achieve the desired outcomes.

You are solely responsible for applying the tools and strategies provided during coaching to your life.

twenty4more is not liable for any decisions or actions taken as a result of coaching sessions.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, and content provided during coaching programs are the intellectual property of twenty4more.

Reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Coaching services are provided “as is.” twenty4more makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.

The effectiveness of coaching depends on individual effort and circumstances beyond the control of twenty4more.
